Newly furnished vacation rental at Peterstrasse 11 in Wilhelmshaven—close to the city center, the train station, the theater, downtown, the KW Bridge, and Jadebusen—all within walking distance. The building is set back slightly from the street and is therefore not directly on Peterstrasse. Parking available on the property. Up to 8 people can stay here. 3 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for up to 2 people. The living room and 2 bedrooms open onto the large balcony. Guests are welcome to use the garden.
Large bathroom with mirror cabinet, bathtub, toilet, and shower curtain. Second toilet in the hallway. Large kitchen with dining table and 6 chairs. Oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer super Zentralen Lage.

Nach (fast beendeter) vollständiger Renovierung war das Objekt zum Besuchszeitpunkt neuwertig und nicht abgewohnt.
Die Vermieter waren freundlich, die Abwicklung vor Ort unkompliziert.
Die Lage der Mietswohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig. Nachts ist es aber ruhig.
In die Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, an den Südstrand ca. 25 Minuten.
Eigene Mobilität ist von Vorteil. Parkplätze am Südstrand/Hafen sind zu genüge vorhanden.
Wir können das Objekt guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
