This high-quality, modern vacation apartment (approx. 95 square meters) for 4 people was completed in 2021 as an eco-friendly wooden structure. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building on a quiet side street, nestled within a residential neighborhood. The cantilevered panoramic window integrated into the living area and the spacious balcony offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain peaks of the Kaiser Mountains and their foothills. In the open dining area with a solid-wood kitchen, our guests have the opportunity to prepare regional dishes. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, a spacious freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker, provides everything you need. The entire living and dining area, as well as the two bedrooms, feature solid-wood floorboards treated with organic oil and solid-wood furniture, and each room has individually adjustable wall heating beneath organic clay plaster. The apartment stands out for its building materials, which create an exceptional indoor climate, both in summer and winter. Modern exterior blinds and optimized exterior insulation help keep the apartment cool in summer. The apartment offers two modern bedrooms, one with a solid-wood double bed and another with a sleeper sofa. The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a window, floor heating, a shower enclosure made of synthetic glass, and a toilet. The separate guest restroom features an automatic ventilation system.
