Situated in a small, quiet village and surrounded by unspoiled countryside, the Ötscher Lodge offers a place to take a deep breath far away from the hustle and bustle. Whether on foot or on two wheels: the extensive network of hiking and biking trails offers plenty of opportunities for exploration, starting right outside the apartment door. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can hop on the Ötscher-Express and enjoy the region in stages.
A picture-perfect winter
In winter, the snow adventure begins right at the apartments’ doorstep: ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, cross-country trails behind the building, snowshoeing, and tobogganing—all accessible without a car. The Ötscher is one of Lower Austria’s most snow-reliable ski areas. And when the cold crackles outside, it gets cozy inside: Some lodges feature their own infrared saunas for relaxing after active days.

With at least 75 square meters of space, you’ll have two separate bedrooms, a living room/bedroom, and a separate bathroom and toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, and the living room features a sofa bed. The apartment also includes a terrace or balcony.
