About this apartment rental
The apartment has been recently renovated, is newly furnished, and is located in the heart of beautiful Absberg. It features three bedrooms, each with a 1.80-meter double bed and a sleeper sofa. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, as does the large living room. The kitchen features a modern built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, and the adjoining dining room offers plenty of space for cozy get-togethers. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine.
The apartment is located on the first floor; you have access to the entire apartment and will have exclusive use of it. It is easily accessible via the building’s entrance and the stairwell.
The apartment has a key safe, making check-in hassle-free and available around the clock. The property is partially monitored by video surveillance. An outdoor camera monitors the entrance area of the front door as well as the backyard (to prevent unauthorized use, e.g., unleashed dogs, dog waste).
There are no cameras inside the apartment and no cameras in private areas.
Directly across the street is an excellent country inn. A little further down the road, about 300–500 meters away, there are two cozy cafés with lake views and outdoor seating. The lake is within easy walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to walk downhill (approx. 1,000 meters), or you can drive about 1.5 km to the parking lot right by the lake.

Great spacious apartment. Very comfortable. Sweet little village with beautiful scenic views. Our schedule was hectic so not able to really enjoy walking the village. Great restaurant just across the street!

This is a wonderful apartment for touring the local area. The rooms are large and comfortable. Everything you need is here. The bakery right down the street makes for easy breakfasts. Just a lovely stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Absberg. Die FeWo war super für uns. Sehr großzügig geschnittene Zimmer, wo auch die Kinder genug Platz hatten zum Spielen. Check in und Abreise völlig unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder... wir empfehlen es ganz klar weiter.
