Welcome to our stylishly designed “Pool-Loft,” offering an exclusive living experience, located right on the edge of the forest and the Rheinsteig trail.

In addition to offering peace, relaxation, a chance to slow down, and a sense of well-being in an aesthetically pleasing setting, this 60-square-meter loft is situated right on the edge of the forest, inviting you to go hiking with breathtaking views or explore the secluded trails of the Siebengebirge.
It’s also close to Bonn’s urban culture or boat trips on the Rhine to Cologne or Koblenz.

Die Accommodation
This open and exclusive loft apartment with its own south-facing terrace was designed in a former swimming pool and invites you to linger and relax. In addition to preserved pool elements, particularly light surfaces, a concrete aesthetic, wood floors, and a harmoniously lit design make your stay unique.

LOCATION
Centrally located on the edge of the forest with access to the Rheinsteig trail, endless hiking opportunities in the Siebengebirge and the Westerwald Nature Park, and scenic overlooks within walking distance offering breathtaking views (e.g., the Erpeler Ley or the Drachenfels), the opportunity for extended mountain bike tours, as well as the proximity and excellent connections to Bonn, Cologne, Koblenz, and Düsseldorf—with endless cultural offerings and dining options—all contribute to the charm of this location.
The south-facing hillside location, featuring a private terrace on a former vineyard, invites you to explore the vineyards and winemakers in the immediate vicinity. Situated above Erpel and Unkel, these two enchanting half-timbered villages are waiting to be discovered by you. The nearby Rhine promenade is perfect for long walks along the river and offers numerous enchanting little coves along the shore, as well as places to stop for a bite to eat or a drink.
The Rhine can be easily crossed at several points by car or on foot using (car) ferries. These are also well worth exploring.

The train station and an excellent bakery are a 10-minute walk away, and all shopping options are just a 5-minute drive away.
Numerous highly recommended restaurants, including some known beyond the region, look forward to your visit.


In the fully equipped kitchen area, complete with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, induction stove, and oven, you can prepare your own meals.
The counter, which overlooks the living area, is the perfect spot for your morning coffee.
Life happens in the “Pool.” A cozy daybed sofa that converts into a full-size double bed, a table for 4+ people, and a long bench invite you to linger.
On the loft, you can sleep “floating” and safely. We place great importance on cleanliness and comfort. The Bodyguard mattress in the double bed offers a high level of sleeping comfort; all pillows and blankets are hygienically cleaned and boiled after every stay.
We want you to be able to relax and feel at home.

The terrace, which borders the forest, is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Starting in the late afternoon, the sun will shine there until sunset.


A dedicated Wi-Fi access point for fast internet and a flat-screen TV—which you can connect to your smartphone to watch news, movies, etc.—are at your disposal.

You can use a new sauna—including sauna towels, bath shoes, and organic sauna infusions—by arrangement to relax there. 15€/h

The bathroom with a toilet and shower has been freshly renovated. Here, too, we place great importance on cleanliness so that our guests feel comfortable and welcome right away.

A crib, high chair, and board games are also available free of charge upon request. For stays of 5 days or longer, you’re welcome to use our washing machine for a small fee.

Yoga mats and meditation cushions are also available upon request.
