Ground-floor apartment with a west-facing terrace and garden

This apartment is located on the first floor of the house (approx. 60 m²). In front of the apartment, on the west side, there is a large terrace, and in front of that is a section of the large lawn reserved for the guests of this apartment.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a hallway with a coat closet. and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination, toilet, and bidet
The kitchen is small and has no seating, but it is practically equipped; an oven and a dishwasher are also available.
From the dining room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² terrace, which offers plenty of space during the warmer months for breakfast, meals, or sunbathing.
The apartment is well-suited for a family with children of up to 4 people; if needed, there is sleeping space for five people. The dining/living area is too small for more people, especially in winter when the terrace cannot be used.
You can park your car on the side of the house, close to the apartment.
Since the house is located on a private road, there is no traffic noise.

Haus Rudolf Steiner—One apartment on each floor. Here you’ll stay on the sunny side, away from the hustle and bustle yet still centrally located. Whether it’s winter or summer, spring or fall, there are plenty of opportunities at any time of year to make your vacation both relaxing and full of variety.
The house is located on a private road used by only a few local residents. It’s the ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet and for families with children. The forest begins right behind the house. It’s situated on the eastern side of the Zillertal, so when the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the lawn, the patio, or the large balcony well into the evening.
The apartments on the middle and upper floors are just under 100 m²; the living room and the two bedrooms are each over 20 m², and the kitchen is approximately 13 m². These apartments are very spacious and accommodate 4 to 5 people. Since the sofa in the living room can be pulled out into a double bed, there is room for five to six people. The apartments are comfortably equipped: underfloor heating; a built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher; bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, and bidet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror; guest toilet; in the living room, a sleeper sofa and a TV with satellite connection. On the south and west sides, there is a wide balcony offering a beautiful view of the valley, where you can enjoy the sun until evening when the weather is nice.
The ground-floor apartment measures just under 60 m². In front of the apartment, on the west side, is a large terrace that offers space for dining and relaxing in a lounge chair. Children will enjoy access to the lawn. The apartment is well-suited for a family with children, accommodating up to 4 people. The dining/living area is a bit too small, especially in winter when the terrace cannot be used.
In all apartments: Free Wi-Fi.
Stumm and the surrounding area: Stumm is a romantic village, one of the most beautiful in the Zillertal. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet central enough that you can quickly reach places like Mayrhofen or Lake Achensee, Hall, Rattenberg, or Innsbruck, the Krimml Waterfalls, or the Hintertux Glacier.

Stumm offers many small attractions, as well as opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. Village Square: A large stone village fountain, the charming Stumm Castle, beautiful old houses all around, and nestled among them, the parish church of St. Rupert. The castle dates back to the 16th century. Inside the parish church of St. Rupert, you’ll see a Baroque ceiling painting and beautiful reliefs from 1765. In Stumm, you’ll also find numerous restaurants serving good food, cafés, a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course.

Hiking: From May through October, hiking enthusiasts can set out on many beautiful hikes directly from the house. After one to two hours of hiking, you’ll reach mountain inns where you’re invited to take a break in the cozy parlor.
