About this house rental
This fully renovated vacation home, approximately 85 square meters in size, is located in the beautiful monastery town of Walkenried in the Harz Mountains, about 5 km from Bad Sachsa. A supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance.
It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child. Spread over two floors, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation with us. On the first floor, you’ll find a large living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, and the bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one of which has a balcony. The terrace and the small, fully fenced-in garden round out the picture.
The kitchen is integrated into the living and dining area. It is equipped with:
- Ceramic cooktop
- Oven
- Dishwasher
- 30L freezer compartment
- Large refrigerator
- Toaster
- Coffee maker
- Electric kettle
- Ample cutlery and dishes
The living and dining room has direct access to the terrace and the fenced-in garden. It is equipped with a large couch and armchairs, a flat-screen TV with satellite, a radio, and a CD/DVD player. Adjacent to it is a dining table that seats 5 people.
There are several DVDs, books, and games available for the little ones.
The large bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a large wardrobe and a large double bed.
The other two bedrooms are located in the converted attic. The first bedroom has two single beds and an additional flat-screen TV. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a single bed and a children’s bed; this bedroom has direct access to the balcony.
The bathroom has a modern design and features a large glass-enclosed shower.
The terrace is accessible from the living room and offers a magnificent view of the idyllic small garden, which is completely fenced in. Garden furniture is available free of charge.
In the entryway, you’ll find a small covered lounge.
A garage is available for use.
