The apartment is located on a hillside, and an outdoor staircase leads two stories down to the entrance. Parking spaces are limited (very narrow access) and can be booked for an additional fee. Please contact us to check availability. Alternatively, we have easily accessible parking spaces about 100 meters away.

The apartment’s location is ideal for getting around. Lake Constance is just a 3-minute walk away, and in 10 minutes you can reach the pedestrian zone with its numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. One linen package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.

The 4.5-room penthouse apartment boasts a breathtaking view of the lake and the Alps. When you arrive here, you can take a deep breath, relax, unwind, and just let it all hang loose… perhaps with a glass of delicious Lake Constance wine or “See-Secco,” which you can purchase from a Lake Constance winemaker or a wine cooperative.

You’ll find yourself not far from the city center, and the shores of Lake Constance and the lakeside promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away. The city center is bustling with activity, especially during the summer months, and you can soak up the town’s zest for life while enjoying freshly caught Lake Constance fish at one of the many fantastic restaurants or treating yourself to a delicious ice cream at an ice cream parlor. Überlingen is also a perfect starting point for hiking and biking. A must-see is the State Garden Show and the nearby Birnau Pilgrimage Church, which stands majestically above the lake and offers a fantastic view of the lake and the Alps. The world-famous pile dwellings, which tell fascinating stories from the Stone and Bronze Ages, offer an exciting vacation experience.
