This stylish two-room holiday apartment (approx. 56 m²) on the ground floor features high-quality materials and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with light—ideal for families of up to 4. It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom and a large bathroom. Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and a fresh-air ventilation system in all rooms ensure your comfort. A cot and high chair are available on request. Enjoy breakfast on the small, furnished terrace facing the street.
The old town offers restaurants, cafés and bars with lake views, small shops and the castle. A supermarket is a 13-minute walk (1.1 km) away, while the lakeside lido and thermal baths are a 20-minute walk (1.7 km) away. Meersburg is an ideal base for exploring western Lake Constance: take a boat to the flower island of Mainau or the ferry to the university town of Konstanz in just a few minutes. A bus stop is directly outside the house.
A parking space is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. For stays of a week or more, you receive a bottle of wine.

Pros: Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, ist aber recht neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung war top!
Der Preis war im oberen Bereich, die Gegenleistung aber in Ordnung.
Sehr unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der in einer Wohnung im Objekt wohnt.
Cons: Da fällt mir nichts ein!
