Both from the large balcony and through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Diemel and the surrounding area. The interior design is high-quality, stylish, and well-thought-out. Spread over two levels, you’ll find three bedrooms with box-spring beds, a large spa bathroom including a private sauna, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a tastefully furnished living/dining area featuring an open kitchen and a wood-burning stove. An utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as additional storage space, is also available. A parking space with a charging station for electric cars is reserved for you right outside the front door and can be used free of charge.
