Cozy 3-room vacation home for 2–4 people in a quiet yet central location in Grömitz. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk.
The end-of-row house (approx. 54 m² of living space) features a cozy living room on the first floor with a Smart TV, radio, and access to the furnished terrace with a beach umbrella. A dining area and a comfortable sofa set invite you to relax.
The built-in kitchen is well-equipped with a stove featuring a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a fridge-freezer combo, and all standard kitchen appliances.
The bathroom is tiled and features a sink, toilet, and a shower stall with a partition.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and blackout blinds.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a closet, and blackout blinds.
