A designated parking space is available for your car in the underground garage (entry height: 1.95 m). From there, you can easily reach your apartment by elevator.
The tastefully furnished living room, which opens onto the balcony, features a new sofa, a dining table, and a TV wall unit.
The sleeping area includes a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm). The separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils.
A bicycle storage room, as well as a coin-operated washer and dryer, are available in the basement.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this non-smoking vacation rental.
