It has been renovated to a high standard and is equipped to accommodate 3 people, featuring an east-facing balcony from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea. It features a living room with a pull-out sofa, a new kitchenette with a breakfast bar, a ceramic cooktop (2 burners), a microwave-oven combo, a dishwasher, and a sleeping alcove with 2 single beds. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. A washer and dryer are available in the basement. The outdoor pool is open from May 15 to September 15. Garage included (dimensions: L 5.20 m, H 1.90 m, W 2.55 m). No pets! Non-smoking apartment.

There is an elevator in the building, but you can only reach the apartment via a few steps.
