About this apartment rental

Welcome to the HÖLZL Guesthouse!
Our guesthouse offers our guests comfortably furnished rooms and apartments, a large garden, and parking spaces right in front of the building.
Our bright and comfortable rooms (family rooms and double rooms) are equipped with a toilet and shower, cable TV/satellite TV, a balcony, a radio, toiletries, and a hair dryer.
Our two brightly furnished vacation apartments measure 55 m² and offer every conceivable comfort. Amenities include a shower and toilet, toiletries, towels, cable/satellite TV, radio, bed linens, a clothes dryer (upon request), a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as patio furniture. The living room and bedroom are separate.
As a guest, you’ll enjoy the following included services:
Generous breakfast buffet when booking a room (family room, double room)
Upon request, a day of skiing with the owner
Free parking
Free admission to the heated outdoor pool in Itter (summer)
Guests staying in the vacation apartments can enjoy the generous breakfast buffet daily for an additional fee.
Pets are not allowed!
Relax in our wellness area after a hike or a day of skiing (available for an additional fee).
Wi-Fi is available free of charge
Short stays are also possible upon request during the early season!
On-site costs: We offer overnight stays with breakfast, which is included in the price for our double rooms and triple rooms. The apartment is booked without breakfast included. You are welcome to book breakfast as an add-on (€14.00 per person per day)
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
