Medulin is one of the top destinations in Croatia. Here you’ll find one of the few sandy beaches in Istria (only about 1 km from the house—free parking available)! Of course, there are plenty of restaurants and bars/nightclubs.
Medulin is one of the top destinations in Croatia. Here you’ll find one of the few sandy beaches in Istria (only about 1 km from the house—free parking available at the beach)! Numerous restaurants and bars/nightclubs are, of course, available.
The Accommodation
The house has been completely renovated and brought up to date, so don’t be surprised if the Street View images don’t match the photos in my listing. Google just isn’t as fast as we are! ;-) Modern showers and restrooms, as well as a new kitchen, are available.

Google just isn’t as fast as we are! ;-) Modern showers and toilets, as well as a new kitchen, are available. Each room has an air conditioner (please turn it off when you’re out). A large terrace with a modern gas grill invites you to linger and enjoy the garden. A house to feel good!

The house has two outdoor parking spaces, which are secured by a sliding gate. There are also plenty of free parking spaces available in public areas around the house.

There are two supermarkets (Plodine and Lidl) in the immediate vicinity of the house (approx. 300 m). You’ll also find good restaurants within walking distance, and if you’re looking for a good butcher, here’s my tip: “BAKIN” (just Google it).
