About this apartment rental
The penthouse (Apartment 17) is approximately 97 square meters in size and accommodates four people. It is located in the “Strandhaus Zingst” on the 2nd floor (top floor) and offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea from your own spacious 80 m² rooftop terrace. The open-concept living/dining area—featuring a high-quality built-in kitchen, a flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows—offers exceptional comfort. Each of the two bedrooms features a luxurious box-spring double bed (180x200) and ample storage space for your clothes. Two spacious bathrooms await you; in addition to a sink and toilet, one is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, and the other with a lovely bathtub. Free Wi-Fi is provided. A parking space on the property is reserved for you. Barbecues are not permitted.

Each apartment features a balcony or terrace, in-floor heating, and a bathroom with a shower. The penthouse’s rooftop terrace also offers guests a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. Internet access, a parking space, and bicycle storage are available to our guests free of charge.

Die Penthouse Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit zwei Bädern äußerst komfortabel. Von der großen Dachterasse genießt man einen tollen Blick auf die Ostsee und der Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben das Apartment über ein Wochenende gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Top Lage, sauber, schön eingerichtet, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher mal wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung liegt am östlichen Ortsrand von Zingst, Seebrücke und die meisten Restaurants und Geschäfte sind daher erst nach etwa 20 Min. Spaziergang erreichbar. Der versprochene Seeblick ist nur von der Terrasse möglich, die nur über eine zusätzliche Treppe erreichbar ist. Im Winter daher überflüssig, im Sommer sicherlich sehr schön - wenn für ausreichenden Sonnenschutz gesorgt wird.
Die Möblierung und Ausstattung mit 3 Flachbildfernsehern ist relativ hochwertig, ansonsten ergänzungsbedürftig. Es fehlen für 4 Personen ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck etc. Auch würden einige Sofakissen,Decken und Vorhänge die Wohnung gemütlicher wirken lassen.
Am besten haben uns die beiden großen Bäder mit Tageslicht gefallen, in denen nur noch Schminkspiegel und funktionsfähige Föhne fehlten (es war ein kleiner Spielföhn vorhanden - für 2 Frauen mit langen Haaren ein erhebliches Problem...)
Zusammenfassend kann frau sagen: im Sommer wegen der Terrasse zu empfehlen, im Winter wären für 4 Personen die beiden im 2. Stock gelegenen Wohnungen zur Seeseite besser geeignet
