About this apartment rental
Modern vacation apartment with an XXL balcony on the 12th floor and a beautiful view of the inland lake, the marina, and the Baltic Sea toward Fehmarn—this place has everything you could want!
Our apartment is furnished to a high standard, with modern and comfortable amenities, making it perfect for any need.
You’ll have access to a stylish, modern bathroom with a toilet and shower (shower stall, low threshold).
The entire apartment is fully covered with laminate flooring:
Right by the window is a dining area from which you can enjoy the great view—GOOD MORNING—
For entertainment, you’ll find a 38-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. Sit back and relax in the cozy living area with a leather sofa set and a recliner.
The bedroom, which is separate from the living room, is accessible from the hallway, has its own window facing the living room, and features a double bed (90 × 200), two nightstands, a sideboard, and another 32-inch flat-screen TV.
The children’s room (separate from the living area, with a window that can be blacked out) is cheerfully furnished and features a bunk bed (each 90 × 190).
The open, new kitchen is fully equipped: 4-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and a Tassimo coffee machine.
On the large balcony (with an awning), you can start your day or wind it down in comfort.

Pets are not allowed!
Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the rental property.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the “Non-binding Inquiry” feature. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Resort:
The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park
