This modern 2-room vacation apartment, located on the first floor and measuring approximately 44 square meters, offers plenty of space for up to 2 adults. It is located in a popular, beachfront, and central area of Westerland on Sylt. Pets are not allowed.

The stylish living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and a comfortable armchair. A large TV with a media receiver and Netflix access, as well as a Bose sound system, ensure relaxing moments. The dining table for 2 people and the high-quality built-in cabinetry round out the harmonious living space. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing garden terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair and promises relaxation in the fresh North Sea air.
**OPEN KITCHEN WITH EVERY CONVENIENCE**
The open kitchen offers plenty of convenience and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and milk frother—perfect for your meals and a relaxed start to the day.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe that offers ample storage space.
**MODERN BATHROOM**
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, towel warmer, and natural light—ideal for a refreshing shower after a relaxing day at the beach.
**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
The entryway features a hallway with a coat rack. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided. Please note that no parking space is available.
