This cozy, approximately 40 m² 2-room vacation apartment on the first floor features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an east-facing balcony. The distance to the beach is approximately 60 meters.

The light-filled living room has carpeted floors and features a modern DVD player with a stereo system and a flat-screen TV. The cozy sitting area is perfect for relaxing. You can step directly from the living room onto the furnished, east-facing balcony.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a two-door closet that offers plenty of space for your vacation clothes. This room is carpeted. The windows have blackout curtains.

The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and features an oven with a built-in microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more.

Of course, there is a tiled shower room. Smoking is not permitted in this vacation rental, and pets are not allowed.

The Hanse Hof vacation complex, located directly on the Mittelpromenade, has an elevator. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. The underground parking spaces (clearance height 2.00 m, but the parking space itself is only 1.95 m high) are located in the building. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in the apartment.

The three-story Hanse Hof apartment building is located in the center of Boltenhagen, about 60 m from the beach. The 18 two-room apartments, each featuring a bedroom and a kitchenette integrated into the living room, are perfect for two to three people looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Of course, each apartment has its own terrace or balcony.

From the underground parking garage, both a staircase and an elevator (cabin size 90x138 cm) lead to all floors. In addition to the parking space assigned to your apartment, you’ll also find a room for your bicycles in the underground parking garage.

Coin-operated washers and dryers (for a fee) are available in the common area.
