This idyllically located, bright, 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment is situated in the charming village of Bodolz near Lindau, just a few minutes from Lake Constance. The apartment is in a quiet yet well-connected location and serves as an ideal starting point for a variety of excursions around Lake Constance and into the nearby Allgäu region.
Spanning a generous 53 square meters on the first floor of a small residential building, this tastefully designed and recently renovated apartment awaits you, accommodating two people. The centerpiece of the apartment is the newly designed, bright living and dining room with a couch and direct access to the covered and furnished terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the region’s special atmosphere. The adjoining garden offers additional space to unwind.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). A travel crib for a toddler that you bring along can easily be set up if needed. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is well-equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, a sink, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. A flat-screen TV provides additional entertainment.
A parking space on the property is also available for your use. Enjoy relaxing days in idyllic surroundings and take home unforgettable memories of Lake Constance.
Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed. You can safely store your bicycles in the underground parking garage.
Important notes: Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at this property. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on site, even a late arrival is no problem.

Dies Wohnung hat gehalten, was in der Anzeige versprochen war. Tolle Lage, Idyllische Lage mit Terrasse. Alles was man braucht, war vor Ort. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit am Bodensee.

Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Fühlten uns rundum wohl.
Was wir aber sehr vermissten war jeweils eine Nachttischlampe mit wenigstens einer kleinen Ablage am Bett für Brille etc.
Dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt !!!!

die Wohnung ist einem wunderbaren kleinen Dorf gelegen, wo die Einwohner sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen sind. Sehr ruhig Lage und wunderbar zum erholen. Ringsherum sind Obstplantagen und auf den Höfen haben wir uns frisches Obst (Kirschen/Aprikosen/Johannisbeeren) jeden Tag gekauft.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet für zwei Personen genügend Platz. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Terrasse haben wir rege bei dem tollen Wetter genutzt. Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.
