The Sommerwiese apartment building, newly built in 2021 and featuring a total of 4 vacation apartments, invites you to enjoy relaxing days in a quiet location.
The vacation apartment is non-smoking and is located on the first floor. It features a south-facing terrace with an adjoining garden.
Garden furniture, a patio umbrella, and a grill are available for your use.
The outdoor area also features a parking space and a lockable storage room for your bicycles.
The spacious living and dining area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen and is perfect for cooking delicious meals and relaxing.
The bedroom features a bed measuring a generous (180 cm x 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep in your vacation home. A sleeper sofa (approx. 160 x 200 cm) is available in the living room.
The bathroom features a shower, floor heating, and a built-in radio.
After a long bike ride or walk, you can enjoy some wonderful relaxation for your muscles in the infrared sauna. It quickly provides soothing warmth.
The vacation rental is equipped with insect screens.
Please understand that pets are generally permitted only by prior arrangement, for a fee, and upon written confirmation from us, provided the pet is house-trained. Please also let us know the breed. The property is fenced for your pet’s safety. Pet waste must be disposed of in the trash can.
The “Kochwerk” restaurant is a 5-minute walk away. A bakery for fresh rolls is located in the center, less than a 10-minute walk away.

The upper floor features two duplex apartments, each with two bedrooms, a gas fireplace, and a balcony. The bedrooms on the lower level feature cozy box-spring beds and a TV. The bedrooms in the attic also have a TV and two single beds each.
All apartments come with a parking space and their own lockable bicycle storage room.
In addition, all apartments are equipped with fully furnished kitchens, roller blinds, fly screens, radiant floor heating, patio/balcony furniture, umbrellas, grills, and Wi-Fi.
