About this apartment rental
Our 95-square-meter vacation apartment is idyllically situated on a south-facing slope above the Main River, with a view of the Steigerwald. The beautiful garden, complete with a terrace and a small pond, is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The apartment features 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with a single bed each (140/90 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.). The dining room seats up to five people. In the living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV and a cozy sofa set. The bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet, also features a hair dryer. We’re happy to provide towels and hand soap for you. The large terrace in our lovingly landscaped garden is the highlight. From here, you’ll enjoy a view of the Steigerwald. The south-facing terrace is furnished with comfortable patio furniture. Here, you can start your day relaxed with breakfast or wind down the evening with a barbecue. We’ll be happy to provide the grill upon request. You’re also welcome to borrow three bikes from us free of charge and ride through the vineyards. For guests who bring their own bikes, we offer free storage. We’ve reserved a parking space on our property for your car. Wi-Fi is included. Please note that smoking is permitted only outdoors. Payment can be made in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer in advance. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You’re also welcome to check in at other times by prior arrangement. A key safe is available upon request. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Crib available upon request. Lockable bike garage available. Free bike rental (3 bikes available). Free parking on the property.
