Modern, clean studio/apartment in the heart of Carvoeiro, a 2-minute walk to the beach. The spacious apartment features a bedroom with a sofa area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a window. Take the elevator to the spacious communal rooftop terrace (a half-flight of stairs away) with a fantastic view of the entire town and the beach. There, your own lounge chairs, a table, and chairs await you for relaxing moments. Ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife in the evening and walk home safely. Quiet despite its central location. A crib or extra bed for a child up to 6 years old is available upon request. Your stay is secure thanks to an intercom system, a locked garage, and smoke detectors. The perfect apartment for summer and winter vacations, featuring air conditioning and high-speed internet.
The rental price includes final cleaning, use of bed linens, towels, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, and an underground parking garage.
For stays longer than 2 weeks, an interim cleaning fee (cleaning and linen change) of €70 applies every 14 days.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and a toddler (crib available upon request, subject to availability).
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

The Carvoeira Beach apartment was an excellent location, we were able to just go down the stairs and be at the beachfront restaurants and the boat tour departed right from the beach. The underground parking was steep and not ideal. The apartment was functional, we would have appreciated a toaster and better linens, but the views from the rooftop and location were fabulous

Location of the apartment was excellent, close to everything we needed and quiet, just away from the main town square (which was not over-busy, anyway). However, during our 8-night stay, we didn't see a housekeeper once, so no clean towels, no swept floor, no bed change - and no access to anything to allow us to do things ourselves. That was disappointing. I realise it was not a hotel, but it still needs to be kept clean. We were also told we must take our rubbish with us, even that which had been collected in the bins! Sorry, but although the bins were emptied and the bags tied up, we had to leave it in the apartment as we could not find any communal bins for the building. I have learned a lesson - ask more detail before committing to a booking.
