About this apartment rental

Our apartment, "Karin," is ideal for technicians, featuring 2 separate bedrooms, a new bathroom with a glass shower and a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave... 2 TVs, centrally located on the access road to the highway and near the Altenstadt train station. Perfect for those arriving by train. You can always reach our apartment in no time! The bus stop is right next to the building. The large terrace facing the garden is perfect for barbecuing and cozy get-togethers in the evening; when it rains, you can relax in our small bar with a counter and corner bench. Pets welcome! A deposit of up to 90% is due at the time of booking. The accommodation provider will contact you after receiving your booking! The price includes bed linens, table linens, towels, and final cleaning. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee: 5.00 EUR per day). A crib is available for a one-time fee of 10.00 EUR. The washing machine can be used for a fee (€2.50 per load). Free parking for motorcycles and bicycles is available in the courtyard. There is also a lockable room for bicycles. For cars, there are free parking spaces next to the house or across the street. An extra bed for a fifth person is available upon request for 15.00 EUR per night/person for stays of 7 nights or more. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance so that we can leave a key for you if necessary (key box with a numeric code). Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Later or earlier check-out is possible upon request.
