Here you’ll find a first-class city villa, right on the cliffs of Dahme.
We at Fewo-Suhr would like to wish you a wonderful vacation in Dahme on the Baltic Sea.

The city villa has a living area of approximately 230 m² and can accommodate up to 14 people (12 adults + 2 small children). The approximately 900 m² (fenced) property offers you a unique view of the Baltic Sea.
When you open the front door and step into the entryway, your eyes are immediately drawn to the ocean view. On the left, an utility room with a freezer, washing machine, and dryer—which you’re welcome to use free of charge—branches off from the hallway.

Continue straight ahead to reach a truly spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen.
This space is divided into
- an open kitchen with an oven, microwave, 4-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all other kitchen utensils.
- a dining area with a TV and a large dining table with chairs for the whole family.
- a living room with a large TV and a comfortable sofa, where you can relax for hours and unwind while enjoying the view of the Baltic Sea.
From the living room, you can step out onto the large wooden deck with a view of the sea, where you’ll find a charcoal grill, a large table with chairs, sun loungers, and direct access to the Baltic Sea via a staircase.

The first floor also features an
- accessible bathroom (1) with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with mirror.
- An accessible bedroom (1) with a double bed (2x90 cm x 200 cm, height-adjustable), a wardrobe, nightstands, bedside lamps, an external roller blind, and a TV.

Note: Only the first floor is wheelchair-accessible!

The upper floor is divided into
- Bedroom (2) with ocean view and balcony; up to four beds (90 cm x 200 cm) can be set up here. Nightstands, bedside lamps, an exterior roller shade, a TV, and a closet are also provided
- Bedroom (3) with ocean view and balcony, box-spring bed (1x200 cm x 200 cm), nightstands, bedside lamps, exterior roller shade, TV, and closet.
- Bedroom (4) with ocean view and balcony, box-spring bed (1x200 cm x 200 cm), nightstands, bedside lamps, external roller shades, TV, and wardrobe.
- Bedroom (5) (partial ocean view): with box-spring bed (1x200 cm x 200 cm), nightstands, bedside lamps, external roller shades, TV, and closet.
- Shower room (2): walk-in shower, sink with mirror, toilet, and window.
- Shower room (3): walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub with spa features, double sink with mirror, toilet, window, and sauna area with partial ocean view.

All rooms in the house are equipped with underfloor central heating.

Parking & Bicycles & Washing Machine & Miscellaneous:
- You can park up to three vehicles directly at the house
- An electric car charging station with a Type II plug is available.
- You can store your bicycles in the garage. - A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the house.
– The garage features a foosball table and a ping-pong table.
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

Dogs:
- A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed; there is an additional daily fee for each dog.

Bedding & Towels:
The linens package can be booked for an additional fee per person. It includes:
1 pillowcase, 1 duvet cover, 1 flat sheet, 1 x bath towel, 2 x small hand towels, as well as 1 x bath mat and 1 x dish towel per 2 people.
