Newly Built in 2022!!! Welcome to the beautiful, luxury vacation apartment MeerLust. This lovingly furnished property, with attention to every detail, offers space for up to 6 people across 90 square meters.
Here, a sense of well-being and relaxation comes naturally.
The excellent location (central yet quiet; your vacation rental is located at the back of the property) and high-quality furnishings make this 3-room vacation rental a truly special destination. The vacation rental is on the first floor and is designed to be wheelchair-accessible. Step-free access allows for easy entry into the apartment. The living area welcomes you with a bright, light-filled space featuring a wonderfully large window front and direct access to the terrace. A sleeper sofa provides sleeping accommodations for up to 2 people. An LED SMART TV is available for your entertainment. The modern, very well-equipped kitchen features an open layout and is perfectly integrated into the living area. The adjacent dining area seats up to 6 people. Unwind after a day at the beach in one of the two separate bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed (90x200 cm; this bedroom provides access to the first shower room/toilet). The second bedroom features two single beds (90x200 cm). Another shower room is accessible from the hallway; the third shower room is located on the lower level. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers, sinks, heated towel racks, and lighted makeup mirrors. A special highlight is the sauna with a relaxation room on the lower level. The staircase is equipped with a safety gate. Enjoy relaxing moments here during your well-deserved vacation.
The charmingly landscaped, south-facing terrace is a wonderful place to start your day with a delicious cup of coffee. The nearest bakery is just around the corner. The fine sandy beach and the attractive promenade in Grömitz are only about 200 meters away.

Das Objekt "MeerLust" ist neu gebaut und macht einen sehr guten Gesamteindruck. Alles ist sauber und die Ausstattung ist gut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht, sogar eine Spülmaschine. Auch die Bäder lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es ist eine Sauna und ein Ruheraum vorhanden. Diese haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und alles ist fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Der Bäcker ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Einzig der zugehörige Parkplatz ist für große Autos (ich habe ein solches) schwer zu händeln, da es sehr eng zugeht.
