This allergy-friendly and tastefully furnished two-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the first floor and features a sunny southwest-facing terrace. It was renovated and refurnished in 2024/25.
It can accommodate up to 3 people.
The living-bedroom features a spring-core sofa bed, which allows for an extra bed for a third person. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD player with radio provide entertainment.
The modern built-in kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave makes you want to cook for yourself. The bedroom features a double bed with a sleeping area of 1.80 x 2.0 m (separate mattresses) and a spacious closet provides ample storage.
The spacious southwest-facing terrace, adorned with many houseplants, is the perfect spot to unwind—and not just in the evening. Built-in roller shutters are provided for window security and to block out light. A parking space is available. Pets are not allowed here! This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is included
