About this apartment rental
Since the pier had not yet been built, guests were brought ashore from steamships by fishing boats. Around the turn of the century, land along the beach promenade and in the coastal forest was opened up for development. This led to the construction of the most beautiful villas along the Baltic Sea, including our Miramare Beach Villa. Businesspeople in the early 1900s certainly knew where to build.
Our vacation home, the “Miramare” beach villa, is located directly (20 meters) on Boltenhagen’s most beautiful beach, on a gorgeous and well-maintained garden property with lovely trees, manicured shrubs, garden furniture, and shady hammocks.
In the basement, you’ll find our wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna, a modern infrared cabin, and an inviting relaxation area.

Our spacious (43 m²) one-room vacation apartment on the first floor, featuring a large south-facing rooftop terrace, is the ideal accommodation for two people. The sunny living-bedroom, featuring a cozy sofa area, a double bed, and built-in closets, comes equipped with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a radio, a large, fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining area.
The highlight of the apartment, however, is undoubtedly the very large, south-facing lounge rooftop terrace, which invites you to enjoy cozy moments with a nice glass of wine or a sunny breakfast outdoors during the summer months. The bathroom with a bathtub and the small entryway in the foyer round out the beautiful overall impression of the vacation apartment.
Your parking space is, of course, located right next to the house.
