About this apartment rental
This beautiful penthouse apartment was completed in May 2022 and welcomes you with its own unique charm.
This newly built apartment is suitable for 1–4 adults. The centerpiece is a beautiful, cozy open-concept kitchen with high-quality, modern kitchen appliances and a comfortable dining area. Unique chairs invite you to linger. Large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the rooftop terrace instantly evoke that vacation feeling. You’ll find beautiful antiques throughout the apartment. Elegant teak furniture, two deck chairs, and a beach chair tempt you to spend your time on the spacious rooftop terrace. The southwestern exposure makes it ideal for this. Two bedrooms (each with a double bed measuring 2 x 90x200 cm)—one with a TV—as well as two bathrooms with showers provide plenty of space. A cozy couch in the living room and a TV are, of course, included. The exceptionally high ceilings give the space a loft-like feel. A storage room, a coat closet, electric exterior shutters, a washing machine, and a parking space are just a few of the amenities that will make your vacation unforgettable. The property is very close to the beach, so it’s in a prime location. Bicycles can be stored—subject to availability. We’re delighted to offer you this beautiful adults-only property. Make your vacation dreams come true. Welcome!
