About this house rental
The beach house was built in 2015 and is located in the second row from the beach promenade. The beautiful, fine-sand beach and the Baltic Sea are just a few steps away. From the living room, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Baltic Sea through floor-to-ceiling windows. Small restaurants and shops are located in the immediate vicinity. In the afternoons, the sun terrace off the living room—complete with its own beach chair, large cantilever umbrella, and seating—invites you to sunbathe. Two parking spaces are available right next to the house.
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.

Haus Gerda: Air, light, and tranquility:
What was once a genuine fisherman’s cottage has now become an open-concept vacation home with a sea view.
The white-painted wooden facade evokes both fishermen’s huts and classic beach carts from the 19th century.
The centerpiece is an approximately 40 m² light-filled living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette on the upper floor, ideal for cooking together with the whole family or friends.
Two large window walls connect the countryside to the Baltic Sea.
On one side, a breathtaking view of the sea opens up; opposite lies the south-facing balcony terrace, approximately 28 m² in size.
The Nordic minimalist ambiance leaves room for thoughts and views while still offering everything you need to relax:
Convenience: Close to the beach (1-minute walk), restaurants, cafés, spa gardens, and pier in the immediate vicinity, 2 parking spaces
Peace and quiet: a comfortable distance from the beach promenade
Relaxation: balcony terrace with a beach chair and dining area for 4–6 people
Amenities: Built-in kitchenette with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Dining area for 4–6 people
Entertainment: small selection of vacation reading material, flat-screen TV, radio with iPod docking station, CD player, and Wi-Fi. The living and dining area with kitchenette is located on the first floor.
Restful sleep: 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) on the first floor.
