Newly furnished, tastefully decorated 3-room apartment with a south-facing balcony in a quiet cul-de-sac. About a 7-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. A beach chair and Wi-Fi are provided.
The cozy living room is furnished with a new sofa set, a dining area for 4 people, a wall unit with a TV, radio, and DVD player, and opens onto the furnished, sunny south-facing balcony with an electric awning.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 cm wide) and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a small dresser. Child safety gates and a high chair are available free of charge.
The separate kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven with microwave function, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all standard kitchen appliances.
A bright, tiled bathroom with natural light, featuring a corner shower with a glass partition, a sink, and a toilet.
Wi-Fi is available here. The apartment has laminate and tile flooring. The windows are equipped with exterior roller shutters for privacy. A parking space is located in front of the house.
