About this apartment rental
Beautiful, spacious, and modern corner vacation apartment with a south-facing balcony and a separate bedroom.
Step inside the apartment and your vacation begins. A magnificent view of the countryside, with sun almost all day long.
The cozy living room features an L-shaped couch and a dining area.
For entertainment, you’ll find a 125-inch flat-screen TV and a stereo system with Bluetooth.
You’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the cozy bedroom with a double bed and TV.
The children’s room (with a door) features a large bunk bed.
The small but charming kitchen is perfect for cooking. An oven with a built-in microwave is at your disposal, as is a washing machine in the hallway.
The entire apartment is covered with vinyl tiles in a wood-grain design.
Round out your day on the large balcony.
A seasonal beach chair is available for your use.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Resort:
The resort consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
Along the way—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
– swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
– water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park

The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local spa physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
