This beautiful 4-room vacation rental (approx. 108 sqm) with a sauna is located in the northern part of Westerland, close to the beach and downtown. The vacation rental features a large garden and a south-west-facing terrace with high-quality outdoor furniture. On the first floor of this vacation rental is the cozy living room with direct access to the outdoor area.
The open-concept kitchen with dining area, oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet, are also located on this level. In the basement, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a French-sized bed. Throughout the entire vacation rental, there are spacious, white built-in closets that offer plenty of storage space. The highlight of this vacation rental also awaits you in the basement. A parking space is available right next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property.
