About this apartment rental
A very modernly furnished vacation apartment for 3–4 people on the 9th floor with a great view of the inland lake and the Baltic Sea!
The apartment has been freshly renovated and is ready to welcome its guests.
When you open the apartment door, you’ll step into the bright entryway.
The modern bathroom is right in front of you. It is equipped with a toilet and a shower (shower stall, step-in design).
The modern, open-concept living and sleeping area that follows is tastefully furnished.
The sleeping area with a double bed (separated by a partition, 2x90x200, high step-in) will help you drift off to sleep.
The separate children’s room (separated from the living area by a door) is furnished with a pull-out bed for two children (each 90x200).
The beautiful, open-concept kitchen, accessible from the living area, is equipped with high-quality appliances: a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a Nespresso capsule machine.
No smoking!
Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the rental property.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can charge you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is wheelchair-accessible and can be reached safely through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park
