This tasteful and modern 3-room penthouse apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring a southwest-facing balcony, is located in Building 6. The elevator takes you conveniently to the 3rd floor, where this non-smoking apartment is located. It features a large living-dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, etc.). The modern living area features a dining area for 4 people and a comfortable sitting area. A 3D flat-screen TV with 4 pairs of 3D glasses, an iPod docking station, internet connection and Wi-Fi, a hi-fi/CD player, and a Blu-ray player are provided. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a second flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms can be darkened with matching pleated blinds. The apartment also features a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. From both the living room and the kitchen, you can access the large balcony, which faces southwest and offers a partial view of the spa park. An underground parking space is available for guests. The maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m! Pets are not allowed.
