Built in 2019, this detached vacation home in Upleward features a large garden and is located right on the dike in a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy the proximity to the North Sea and the Wadden Sea with its salt marshes, while also savoring the tranquility of the view across the vast fields.

• Campground on the dike (small market for daily essentials)
• The “Erbsenbinder” restaurant, which belongs to the campground, offers regional cuisine and outdoor dining. You’ll find numerous other restaurants in Greetsiel, Emden, Pilsum, and Norden
• Large, new children’s playground right on the dike
• At Germany’s only “dry beach”—protected by the dike—you can build sandcastles, play on the volleyball court and soccer goals, or simply relax in a beach chair. An adventure playground is available for children.
• Small sandy beach at Rysumer Nacken (about a 30-minute bike ride)
• Upleward is one of the 18 “Warf” villages that, together with Greetsiel, make up the Krummhörn region. The town center charms visitors with its small, quaint single-family homes and large farms, all clustered around a Gothic church.
