About this apartment rental
Welcome to our WIADAHOAM vacation rental in Marquartstein, Upper Bavaria. This beautiful, spacious, and cozy 2-room vacation rental for 1–3 people (with sleeping accommodations for a third person on a fold-out guest bed) is located on the first floor of our two-family home. A parking space is available in the courtyard. Pets are welcome.
The approximately 60 square meters feature a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area and everything you need for cooking and dining. Of course, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and bread maker are provided. There is a large, light-filled living room with a spacious, comfortable sofa set and access to the balcony (south-facing). It also includes a TV (Waipu), radio, CD player, and Wi-Fi. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large, spacious closet, as well as exterior roller shutters for privacy. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features a new shower tray and tub. Of course, bed linens, towels, toilet paper, and a hair dryer are provided. Smoking is permitted ONLY on the balcony! One dog is welcome (additional fee). The vacation rental is ready for check-in starting at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. You may park your car to the left of the garages, in front of the wooden entrance gate.
