About this apartment rental
This cozy comfort zone is the best proof that sleeping, relaxing, cooking, and eating can work wonderfully even in just one room. The comfortable double bed, two armchairs, the dining table, and the small kitchenette form a harmonious whole that has everything you need. When the weather is nice, the spacious north-facing balcony offers a great alternative for starting or ending the day.
The Dahlia apartment is located in a quiet area in the southern part of Westerland. It’s about a 5- to 10-minute walk to the beach and downtown.
Note:
As part of the renovation of gas and water supply lines and the expansion of the power grid, traffic restrictions are expected on Lerchenweg and Robbenweg in Westerland from February 16, 2026, through the end of June 2026. The construction site will be set up as a moving construction zone, starting in the southern part of Lerchenweg, at the entrance from Süderstraße, and then moving toward Robbenweg. At times, disruptions due to full road closures are to be expected. Access to the properties will be maintained to the greatest extent possible. Energieversorgung Sylt asks all residents and drivers for their understanding and assures them that the work will be completed promptly.

Schönes Apartment, gute Lage, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, kleine Wohneinheit. Parkplatz vor dem Haus - top. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Super Wohnung mit Allem, was man braucht. Unkomplizerte und sehr nette Vermieter.
Ruhig gelegen aber mit super Busverbindung in alle Richtungen.
Am Rande des Strandes und deshalb nicht so überlaufen. Würde selbes Appartment wieder nehmen.

Eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit einem netten kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Dünen.
Gut eingerichtet, jedoch könnte der Stauraum / Schrank etwas größer sein.
