Just 30 minutes from both Frankfurt and Würzburg, yet offering pure nature and tranquility for you and the whole family.
Your vacation home is a fully equipped single-family home and offers everything you need for daily life.
The covered outdoor seating area lets you enjoy nature even in bad weather.
The garden is spacious and a paradise for young and old alike.
On the first floor, you’ll find a beautiful, timeless, fully equipped kitchen where you can relax with the whole family, after a business meeting, or with your partner.
The cozy living room offers views of the beautiful natural surroundings from every window in the summer, or a warm atmosphere by the wood-burning stove in the winter.
A bedroom with a double bed and a direct view of the garden.
A modern bathroom with natural light and a large shower.
A storage closet for everything you might need in everyday life.
The attic features a bedroom with a single bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom/children’s room features a loft bed and a single bed measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed, and some toys for children between the ages of 2 and 8.
The small, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub is perfect for relaxing on chilly winter days.
The outdoor seating area is equipped with a lounge bench for relaxing, as well as a large, extendable table with 4 chairs. Additional chairs are available upon request.
Guests are welcome to use the grill and the fire pit.
The garden is a paradise for children. It features a small sandbox, a swing, a slide, a trampoline, and, during the summer months, an inflatable pool measuring 4 x 2 m.
Parking is available on the street below the property.
The house is not intended for parties or events, but rather for a peaceful getaway in a quiet area. Please be mindful of this both during the day and at night. Absolute quiet must be observed starting at 10 p.m.

Spacious and modern decorated house which we very much enjoyed. The pool was lovely, however the weather wasn’t. Good location for hikes and visiting wiesbaden, frankfurt, etc. We recommend having dinner at gasthof spessartruh for its nice view

Die Kommunikation mit Selina Vorfeld war schon sehr sympathisch. Am Haus angekommen, fanden wir ein sehr sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Domizil vor, dass mit allem ausgestattet war, was man sich vorstellen kann. Selbst ein kleines Willkommenspaket wartete bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren.
Die Zimmer waren geräumig, es waren genug Schränke und Kommoden da, die Bäder sind sehr großzügig, die Betten bequem, in der Küche und auch auf der Terrasse ausreichend Platz zum sitzen. Der große TV und die bequeme Couch waren das Sahnehäubchen. Wir sagen DANKE für diese tolle Unterkunft und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus! Sehr nette Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin, alles sehr sauber und für Kinder ist neben einem großen Kinderzimmer ein Garten mit Spielgeräten, Sandkasten und Fahrzeugen vorhanden. Insgesamt ist das Haus super ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man braucht - daher einfach nur empfehlenswert!
