Our vacation apartments are located near the coastal resorts of Dornumersiel, Bensersiel, and Esens.
The Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009, is right on our doorstep.

Flut Apartment
This 80 m² apartment sleeps 4 people. To ensure your privacy, we’ve provided two south-facing double bedrooms with a view of the garden. You’re sure to love the new kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. After a long day, treat yourself to some relaxation in the living room on a comfortable sofa and additional lounge chairs. Right next door is a balcony where you can enjoy the last rays of the evening sun.

Our 25 m² log cabin is also popular as a barbecue and playhouse. Here you’ll find a small built-in kitchen with a washing machine.

A large garden (300m²) with a lawn for sunbathing (various seating options, lounge chairs, a barbecue area, and a log cabin) is also at your disposal. You are welcome to use our garden and barbecue area as much as you like. In addition, your little ones are sure to enjoy our own children’s playground.

We are known for being very child-friendly. Please understand—we do not accept pets.

Our town is Utarp in the Holtriem joint municipality. The Holtriem joint municipality is one of two in the Wittmund district—along with Esens—and one of six in East Frisia in northwestern Lower Saxony. The joint municipality is located near the North Sea coast.

East Frisia is good for you—and especially so in the Holtriem region.

The Dornumer Land is a tourism partnership between the Dornum district—which includes the North Sea resort towns of Dornumersiel and Nessmersiel—and the Holtriem joint municipality, home to the raised bog lake Ewiges Meer and one of the longest networks of bike paths along the East Frisian North Sea coast.

The North Sea resort of Dornumersiel is located 7 km away in East Frisia.

The North Sea resort of Dornumersiel is situated directly on the North Sea coast, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the offshore islands of Baltrum and Langeoog. A sandy and grassy beach with a children’s playground, soccer and beach volleyball fields, a surfing zone, and a kite-flying area; the heated seawater outdoor pool; the campground; and the fishing boat and yacht harbor.
The idyllic “Mahlbusen” reservoir invites visitors to stroll, go boating, and fish. Seepark WEST charmingly connects the fishing village with the harbor and beach area. The town itself features restaurants and cafes. The “Reetdachhaus am Meer” offers a varied program of activities, including mini-golf and adventure golf, a skate park, a tennis court, a library, internet access, and a games barn. Excursions to the islands, the Wadden Sea, or the seal colonies provide a welcome change of pace. You definitely shouldn’t miss a visit to the Nordseehaus. This therapy and wellness center is Dornumersiel’s spa facility, offering an extensive range of therapeutic and wellness services.

The village of “Utarp” is one such destination and is located in the very north (near the coast) of the Holtriem region. (Ferry to the island of Langeoog) Fishing trips available. “East Frisian Holtriemerland,” the “green pearl off the North Sea beach”—that’s how our guests affectionately describe the Holtriem vacation region. East Frisia is good for you—and that’s especially true in the Holtriemerland.
