The stylish 2-room vacation apartment "Guldi," measuring approximately 60 m² on one level (2nd floor, elevator available) accommodates up to 4 guests and boasts a central location just 150 meters from the beach. As part of the modern renovation of the historic “Seeburg” Hotel on Westerland’s spa promenade, each of the eleven apartments was dedicated to an artist in collaboration with the Mensing Art Gallery and is lovingly designed in a contemporary retro style. The exclusive furnishings from France, Belgium, and England lend the space a special, cozy atmosphere. Pets are not allowed.

**LIVING AND ENJOYING**
The inviting living and dining area, with a magnificent view of the Friedrichstraße promenade and the sea, offers cozy relaxation on a (sleeper) sofa (140x190 cm), complemented by armchairs and a TV. The dining area, featuring a rustic bench in the tower of the house, offers you a unique panoramic view. Direct access to the south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.

**COMFORTABLE COOKING**
The open kitchen blends harmoniously into the living area and is equipped with modern conveniences, making it ideal for preparing meals. A large dining table with six chairs offers plenty of space for relaxed meals and social evenings.

**PEACEFUL NIGHTS IN THE STYLISH BEDROOM**
The bedroom is tastefully designed and features a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a spacious built-in closet, and a TV. Here you’ll find the peace and relaxation you need for a restful stay on Sylt.

The bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer, ensuring a comfortable start to your day.
In the building’s shared wellness area, you can use the sauna and spend a few relaxing hours. A shared washer and dryer are available for a fee.

Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in the apartment, so you can stay connected during your stay.

For guests arriving by car, a public parking lot is available at Dr.-Nicolas-Str. 3, about 300 meters from the apartment. A day pass costs 20 euros and can be conveniently paid for at the terminal using a debit card, credit card, or via the EasyPark app.
