The kitchenette is brand-new, fully equipped, and, in addition to a selection of different teas, has everything you need to prepare fresh meals. A kettle, toaster, olive oil, and spices are also at your disposal.
A comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) offers plenty of space for two people and guarantees a good night’s sleep. A stylish and truly comfortable fold-out couch (1.20 x 2.00 m) allows three people to stay overnight.
Our 40-inch SMART TV lets you easily access your apps, and you decide for yourself what to watch in the evening. You can comfortably watch your favorite shows on Netflix, which is, of course, free for you.
The warm lighting and real plants also help you feel right at home. The dining table facing the window gives you plenty of space to enjoy your meals and let your gaze wander into the distance.
Your clean bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. We’ll have fresh towels ready for you in a basket. A hair dryer is also available for you to use.
From the balcony, you have a direct view of the adjacent Wittelsbacher Park; you’re right next to the Congress Hall for evening events, and the city center and main train station are within walking distance.
The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a small fee.

Wow- this apartment was a wonderful surprise in every way.....staying in an iconic brutalist landmark near the top floor with views to the Austrian Alps....right next door to the Kongress Am Park where we came to see a gig...very close to trams as well as grocery shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was fabulous- perfect for a couple and it was cool, clean and luxurious. Thank you Anna & Manu for your hospitality and excellent communication. Check in was so easy and we were truly sad to leave....but we will come back to Augsburg and to the apartment again I am sure!

My wife and I enjoyed the view of this property! The property was as listed. Close to the train station and many restaurants were within a 15-20 minute walk.

Nice stay, with great views. No means of cooling the apartment in the summer heat other than a fan and breezes from the window. Great location next to a park and a short walk from the central station.

We spent five days in Augsburg to visit family, and selected this property because it was just a 15 minute walk from where they lived. We were definitely not disappointed! The checkin process was super easy, and when we entered the space for the first time, it was just as lovely as the photos on the listing. It's bright, clean, and comfortable.
The building is conveniently located to tram and bus lines, as well as within easy walking distance of the nearest Bahnhof. There's a beautiful park behind it, where we strolled in the evenings, and if you want to grab a quick beverage and a delicious Doner, there's a small corner store nearby. But our favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the evenings, just relaxing, drinking wine and eating cheese, and looking out over the city as the sun went down.
Anna and Manu were excellent hosts, and stayed in communication with us the entire time. We had no problems whatsoever, and will definitely stay here again next time we visit. The apartment is gorgeous, and we absolutely loved it!
