Our fully air-conditioned penthouse apartment (3-star regional category) is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built, quiet, and very well-maintained apartment building, just 300 meters from the beach and the bustling town center. It features a very nice living room with a large, comfortable corner sofa set that can also accommodate up to two people for sleeping. The living room cabinet is equipped with an LCD TV, DVD recorder, and satellite receiver. The bedroom features two separate beds, which can also be pushed together if desired. The apartment also features a bar, a small kitchen, and a dining table for four people. On the beautiful, spacious balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea and wind down the day in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets. A boat slip can be rented from us for an additional fee.


Location and Area: The apartment is located in Medulin, the tourist hub at the southern tip of Istria. The beautiful promenade, with its numerous excellent cafés and restaurants, invites you to indulge and enjoy yourself.
The mild Mediterranean climate, the breathtakingly beautiful landscape, and safe wind conditions all contribute to making this region one of the most popular destinations for sports enthusiasts and water sports lovers. The unique, one-kilometer-long, gently sloping sandy beach attracts families with young children.
Not far from the beach, the amusement park offers numerous attractions for children of all ages, such as rodeo rides, bumper cars, carousels, slides, trampoline jumping, and much more.
Thanks to our apartment’s excellent location, you won’t need a car. The promenade, the beach, the numerous cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores are just a few minutes’ walk away, or you can take the little tourist train that runs along the beaches.
