About this apartment rental
Newly renovated, bright, and beautiful vacation apartment on the 10th floor with a great view of the lake to the west!
Living room with a gray leather corner couch, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo radio with CD player, and a modern dining area integrated into the living space (4 stylish gray wooden chairs with leather upholstery and a table).
New, modern high-gloss kitchen as of March 2020, featuring an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Newly designed, remodeled bedroom with its own door to the hallway and a window for ventilation into the living room. It features a new, large double bed (1.8 x 2 m—2 mattresses) with a nightstand, an adjustable slatted frame, and a second TV.
Children’s room with a large bunk bed (90x200 cm)—an adult can sleep comfortably on the bottom bunk, too! It also features a separate radiator and blackout curtains.
Newly renovated, contemporary bathroom with a very low threshold, a shower stall, and a wall-mounted toilet—simply chic!!

We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can add these charges later and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Resort:
The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and cycling (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park
