The exclusive 2-room vacation apartment “Iliya,” measuring approximately 49 m² on one level (3rd floor, with elevator) accommodates up to 2 people and is located in a very central spot near the beach in Westerland on Sylt. This apartment is located in the modern renovation of the historic “Seeburg” hotel on the spa promenade and was designed in a stylish retro style in collaboration with the Mensing Art Gallery. Each of the eleven apartments is dedicated to an artist and features high-quality furniture from France, Belgium, and England. Pets are not allowed.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, an armchair, and a TV, so you can spend relaxing evenings here. The large windows flood the room with natural light, inviting you to enjoy peaceful moments.

The open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals. Equipped with a modern ceramic cooktop and a filter coffee maker, it blends harmoniously into the living area. The dining table seats four and is ideal for cozy evenings.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 80x200 cm) that ensures a restful night’s sleep. An additional TV in the bedroom provides entertainment, while a wardrobe offers space for your clothes.

The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer, is modernly equipped and offers you pleasant comfort.
In addition, you can relax in the shared wellness area with a sauna, while a washer and dryer are available for a fee.

For guests arriving by car, a public parking lot is located at Dr.-Nicolas-Str. 3, just 300 meters from the residence. A day pass costs 20 euros and can be conveniently paid for at the on-site terminal using a debit card, credit card, or the EasyPark app.
