About this apartment rental
This cozy, typically Frisian, two-room vacation apartment (approx. 46 square meters, Sylt measurement) with a thatched roof is centrally located in Westerland and is situated in the well-known Altstadttor.
You’ll share the building entrance only with the ground-floor apartment and take the stone staircase up to the vacation apartment on the upper floor.
When you open the apartment door, you’ll step directly into the charming living/dining area with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, sleeper sofa, and the white open kitchen, which is equipped with a Nespresso machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
In the newly renovated, spacious, adjoining shower room with a toilet, a hair dryer, and a window, a washing machine is available for your use.
A wide spiral staircase leads you to the open-concept sleeping area with a round window, a new box-spring bed, a flat-screen TV, and a white built-in cabinet. An ironing board and iron are also stored here.
This thatched-roof property is so centrally located that the train station is only about 200 m away, and you can reach the city center—including the popular Friedrichstraße—in just a few minutes on foot.
A parking space is located right next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit ausreichend Komfort, gute und ruhige Lage mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Trotzdem Nähe zum Bahnhof und Zentrum, ideal für Mieter die den mehrfachen Weg zum Meer nicht scheuen.
