If you’re looking to rent a comfortable vacation home that combines tranquility, nature, and proximity to the beach, the “Eisbär” house at the Freesenbruch Vacation Park in Zingst is the perfect choice. Spanning 69 m² over two floors, this family-friendly mid-row house offers everything you need for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.
On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, and a dining table for four. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped: a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, range hood, and dishwasher leave nothing to be desired. A separate guest restroom and a functional entryway area are also located on this level.
From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terrace—a lovely spot for outdoor meals or relaxing in the afternoon sun.
Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: one with a double bed (two mattresses, each 90×200 cm), and the second with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and washing machine—ideal for longer stays with the whole family.
Small children under three years of age can stay for free upon request.
A special highlight of the vacation park is the swimming pool, which is open daily year-round and available to all guests free of charge. The sauna can be used for a fee upon prior reservation. Families with children will enjoy the large, fenced-in play area with a variety of play equipment, a soccer field, and an imaginative play ship.
The “Waldhaus” restaurant serves Nordic-Bavarian cuisine—perfect for cozy evenings after a day at the beach. Since 2024, there have been two modern electric charging stations, each with two charging ports (max. 22 kW).
