About this house rental
The location right next to the mudflats (about 200 meters away) promises pure peace and relaxation. Step through the authentic Frisian front door into the entryway with a coat rack. The shower room with toilet and a separate guest bathroom are off the adjoining hallway. A passageway leads to the fully equipped, separate kitchen as well as to a double bedroom with built-in closets and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to this is the spacious living and dining area, featuring a large dining table and high-quality custom-built furniture. You can end the day cozily and comfortably by the open fireplace with a glass of wine. From the living area, you also have access to the sheltered, covered terrace with its own east/south-facing garden. Thanks to the open layout of the surrounding buildings, you’ll enjoy morning sun here and can make yourself comfortable at the large garden table with the whole family. The beach chair next to it invites you to sunbathe or take a nap. Here, too, you’ll find an open fireplace that you can stoke with wood, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor seating area for a long time, even on slightly cooler evenings. The east wing of the vacation home features a double bedroom (which connects to a single bedroom) with a flat-screen TV, another bedroom with a single bed, and ample storage space in a built-in wall unit. The basement features a laundry room with a washer and dryer. A parking space is available next to the house. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this vacation home.

Wir waren im September 2021 und Mai 2022 dort. September 2023 ist gebucht.
Die Söns-Rose ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen gepflegten Garten. Sehr schätzen wir den überdachten Bereich vor dem Wohnzimmer mit Außenkamin, wo wir gerne abends oder bei Regen sitzen. Das perfekte Domizil in der Mitte der Insel für entspannte Spaziergänge oder Radfahrten in alle Richtungen.
Ganz eindeutig: NICHTS.
