About this apartment rental
This newly renovated, spacious vacation rental in a prime location (a 3-minute walk to downtown and also a 3-minute walk to the beach) is a true gem with its modern and luxurious interior design and 95 m² of living space.
The bright and spacious living room, featuring an electric fireplace and a 43-inch smart TV, guarantees wonderful moments—even on days when the weather isn’t ideal. The two bedrooms (one of which also has a separate 43-inch smart TV) captivate with their clean lines and cozy design. In addition to underfloor heating and a towel warmer, the bathroom features a very spacious shower area. The large, well-equipped kitchen—complete with a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave—leaves nothing to be desired. For coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker and an additional Nespresso machine are available.
On the sun terrace, complete with a beach chair, you can relax while enjoying a leisurely breakfast.

Located in the heart of Westerland, near the pedestrian zones of Friedrichstraße and Strandstraße, the promenade, and the main beach, this beautiful seaside-style city villa awaits you.
Enjoy the clean lines and modern interior design that extend throughout the entire house. The bright and welcoming design and the lovingly selected accessories create a vacation atmosphere where you can relax wonderfully.

Unfortunately, the apartments at Villa Frische Brise do not have their own parking spaces, but you can park for free on one of the side streets right next to the building. There are approximately 15–20 spaces available here; otherwise, there is also a public parking lot directly in front of the entrance to Villa Frische Brise (Johann Möller Str parking lot), though this does incur a fee.
