The beds were super comfy and it was very quiet despite being in a central location. The staff were very kind and helpful and the food was soooo good. We were also able to store our bags whilst we were on the hike, despite having checked out in the morning.

The staff are 11/10, so friendly and helpful! It is quiet and peaceful.
The room is very basic and had no window which was hard for me. The shower does not drain, made taking showers quite uncomfortable.

Great for the price. Good location- close to all major sites you want to see. The hotel was kind enough to let us store our bags while we did Acetenango (we stayed before and after we did the hike). Breakfast is sooo good- worth a lot. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always treated us when we entered and left the property
Very minor- the wifi in our second room (room 5) was not very good.

I’ll start with the 2 positives. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great.
Unfortunately, the room was very small. There was no refrigerator, no blow dryer, no body lotion, no hot water in the sink and for breakfast you only get 1 cup of coffee and they wanted to charge for cream or milk. I don’t think it offered enough for the money.
